Microneedling

Microneedling will help lift, tighten and rejuvenate the skin and allow for deeper penetration of products into the skin. Any area of the body can be treated including the hard-to-reach areas such as the eyes, nose, and back.

The most common reason most clients use this treatment is to rejuvenate their facial skin, there are several other conditions that can be treated through microneedling, including the following:

  • Hair loss (alopecia)
  • Hyperpigmentation (dark spots on your skin)
  • Scars
  • Acne
  • Stretch marks
  • Large pores
  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Sun damage

Each of these conditions will require a different number of sessions to achieve your desired results. You can expect to need between four and six treatments to meet your expectations. However, some conditions may require additional sessions to get the results you want. We’ll discuss how long your treatment is expected to take at your consultation after we take a look at the areas to be treated.

Benefits

Other than the primary benefits of rejuvenating your skin and smoothing out wrinkles, there are other advantages to microneedling that you’ll also get. First, the treatment increases the effectiveness of skin care products by allowing the skin to absorb them better. This includes moisturisers, anti-aging treatments, and prescription acne creams. Your skin will continue to look great long after your sessions are over since your skincare products will work better than ever.
